If for some reason, we cannot read your document clearly or we do not have the translator in the language that you need, we will cancel your order and let you know as soon as possible.
COMPLETE ORDERS
After your order is completed, we will deliver your order electronically via email and/ or we can deliver in person upon request. The translation will be delivered on our letterhead and on plain white background with no writing.
CERTIFICATE OF ACCURACY OR CERTIFICATION STATEMENT
If you also order a Certificate of Accuracy – also called Certification Statement – we will deliver that electronically via email as well, unless you need delivered in person upon request.
